This first step allows us to get your personal information and any additional information about your immigration status. It also allows us to carry out the necessary conflict checks to ensure that we can speak with you about your case in accordance with our legal obligations.

If you are pleased with the strategy provided to you and you wish to retain our services, we will work with you to implement that. At this stage, we require you to sign a retainer agreement for legal services, which sets out the scope of the services provided to you and our fees.
